Preppers to meet Saturday | Local News

The Southwestern Oregon Preppers will have their monthly meeting on Saturday, October 16 at noon at Bandon High School, 8th Street, Bandon (behind middle school). The group meets under the large pavilion next to the ball field. Dress warmly and bring chairs. There is no seating.

The main theme is “survival through bottlenecks”. It seems like things get worse before they get better. The mission is to get through these troubled times. Groceries, gasoline and other everyday goods seem to be becoming scarcer and more expensive. There will be an open discussion about how best to prepare for what lies ahead.

SWOP meetings always start with a question-and-answer session before the main topic, so that everyone present has the opportunity to participate.

This is a free public get-together to meet fellow local preppers in southwest Oregon Counties and share information and ideas. It is important that the individual understands that he is “alone” in the event of a disaster and does not need outside help. Join Southwestern Oregon Preppers on Facebook and / or
